“When he was just 16 years old, Beligian born Noah Klieger became a fighter in order to survive. As a boy he smuggled Jewish children from Belgium to Switzerland. Captured by the Germans he was sent to the Auschwitz death camp, where he boxed for his life. On his return to Belgium Noah volunteered to help the “Hagana” organization to smuggle Jews in illegal immigration to Israel, eventually joining them aboard the ship “Exodus – 1947”.
Today Noah is 89 years old; with a successful career as a highly reputable Journalist. This wonderful film chronicles his incredible life journey including his unlikely ‘career’ as a boxer in Auschwitz that saved his life.
