What options are available for purchasing?

Use a pass

If you’ve purchased a multi pass, log back into your account.  When you visit a purchase page, a price will be available for your pass (as long as the pass is valid for your session).  Add to cart and checkout to create a booking that will allow you to watch the content.

Use a promo code

If you have a promo code, enter it on the pricing page to access special pricing.
Complete the checkout process, and you will be able to watch the content.

Why do I need an account?

An account makes it much easier to view purchased content, as well as provide support and manage delivery of in person or streamed events.  You can log in using an email address and password.  If you have any privacy concerns please refer to our privacy policy.
Sign up for an account above on our menu at “My Account”.

What happens if I forget my password?

Use the password reset option on the sign in page to reset your password. You will need access to the email address to recover a temporary password.  Once you log in with the temporary password you will need to set a new password.
